1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Julie Saldierna LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 17821 Pesante Rd, Salinas, CA 93907, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Julie Saldierna LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads campaign management, mobile and web application development, web solutions, and monetization consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Julie Saldierna LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets, frameworks, or tools incorporated into deliverables remain subject to their original licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
Julie Saldierna LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Ad Campaign Disclaimer
While we apply best practices and data-driven strategies to all Google Ads campaigns, we do not guarantee specific results, including particular ROAS, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Digital advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless a specific contract states otherwise. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred through the termination date. We will provide reasonable transition assistance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monterey County, California.
